Exclusions
- All entrance fees for sightseeing's spots and Amusement parks & Optional Activities charges
- Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges and all items of personal nature.
- Sightseeings points which are not mentioned in the itinerary
- Lunch and dinner are not included in CP plans.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner on X'mas & New year Eve if applicable.
- Any other services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
Terms & Conditions
- The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with your booking only after we receive your confirmation, advance and on availability of hotels mentioned.
- In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depending upon the hotel selection. In case you are not satisfied with the alternate option, the advance paid will be refunded.
- In Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Wayanad, Coorg Rooms will not be Ac Since these are cold regions
- In Deluxe Ac Houseboat Ac Working time is night 9 pm to Morning 7 am
- Changing a Hotel on arrival will incur cancellation charges.
- Some Hotels provide only mattresses for extra beb not court
- Weekly holidays may affect some sightseeings spots and we won't be able to compensate if traveling false on this day
- Your accommodation is selected as per your preference and budget.
- We do not have any hidden charges
- The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only.
- Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner or extra adult or kid above 5 year which is not included in the package had to be paid directly by the guest as per hotel policy.
- Balance payment should be made on or before arrival (Cheque & Demand Draft payment is not accepted).
- 3.5 % card charges for Debit and Credit Cards online booking and balance payment.
- In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements and expenses incurred due to the same are not included in the package.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
