- If you are Cancelling 15 to 7 Days before the Hotel Checkin date then 50% of the amount will be charged as cancellation retention charges
- In case of 'No Show' or last-minute cancellations between less than 7 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable in this case.
